The Phillips Edison Group LLC is currently under contract to purchase the former JCPenny building on Bolger, with the intent to turn it into a Dillion’s Grocery Store.
They are on the Planning Commission’s Agenda for August 25th to request a zoning change to allow the redevelopment of the site.
